These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you", or "your") and Ordro ("Ordro", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Ordro platform, including our website at ordro.io and the Ordro dashboard application ("Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a valid electronic contract under applicable UAE law. Your acceptance through account creation constitutes a binding agreement.

Ordro is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. One account corresponds to one business tenant; sharing account credentials with unauthorised parties is prohibited.
Ordro offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features of your selected plan. During the trial period:
The trial is limited to one per business entity. Ordro reserves the right to modify or discontinue the trial offer at any time.
Ordro offers the following subscription plans:
All prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). VAT at the applicable rate will be added where required by law.
For V1, billing is handled through manual invoicing. Ordro will issue invoices to your registered email address. Payment must be received within 14 days of the invoice date. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
All subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a payment has been made, no refunds will be issued, including for partial months of service or unused time on your subscription. We encourage you to make full use of the 14-day free trial to evaluate the Service before subscribing.
Your data belongs to you. This is a core principle of Ordro.
Upon cancellation of your subscription, Ordro will retain Your Data so that you can resubscribe and continue with your account seamlessly. If you wish to have all of Your Data permanently deleted, you may request this by emailing ordroteam@gmail.com.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without notice or refund.
The Service, including its source code, design, user interface, logos, trademarks, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Ordro and protected by applicable UAE intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms. The Ordro name, logo, and all related product names are trademarks of Ordro.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
Ordro shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of that period, after which your account will be deactivated.
Ordro may suspend or terminate your account if:
Upon termination, Ordro will retain Your Data so that you can resubscribe and continue with your account seamlessly. If you wish to have all of Your Data permanently deleted, you may request this by emailing ordroteam@gmail.com. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
Ordro reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will provide at least 90 days' notice and assist you in exporting Your Data.
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to contact us at ordroteam@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Ordro shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, or cyberattacks.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ordro regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements or communications.
